The Patrons' Rehearsals give you, as a Patron, the exclusive opportunity to attend one of our festival orchestras’ rehearsal processes. You will receive your personalised seating card for the patrons' rehearsals with your ordered tickets.

Patrons' Rehearsal I: 14 April

Your chance to watch the musicians of the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra and Esa-Pekka Salonen rehearse for Orchestra Concert I! On the programme: Esa-Pekka Salonen's Cello Concerto with the young star cellist Senja Rummukainen and Jean Sibelius' 2nd Symphony. The Fördererprobe I will take place on Monday, 14 April, from 10:30 am in the Großes Festspielhaus.

Patrons' Rehearsal II: 19 April

On the traditional second date shortly before Easter - in 2025 this is Saturday, 19 April - the Mahler Chamber Orchestra under Gianandrea Noseda rehearses Edvard Grieg's famous »Peer Gynt« Suite and Peter I. Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto in D major with Augustin Hadelich as soloist. From 10.30 a.m. in the Großes Festspielhaus.
