Mané Galoyan

Die armenische Sopranistin Mané Galoyan hat zwei Abschlüsse des Staatlichen Komitas-Konservatoriums im armenischen Eriwan und ist Gewinnerin des zweiten Operalia-Preises 2021, des Zarzuela-Preises sowie des Rolex-Publikumspreises. Von 2021 bis 2022 war sie Ensemblemitglied an der Deutschen Oper Berlin, wo sie als Pamina in »Die Zauberflöte«, als Violetta in »La traviata« und als Corinna in »Il viaggio a Reims« zu erleben war.

Weitere Höhepunkte waren ihre Auftritte als Berthe in »Le Prophète« beim Festival d’Aix-en-Provence, Avis in »The Wreckers« an der Houston Grand Opera, Donna Anna in »Don Giovanni« an der Atlanta Opera und Violetta an der Seattle Opera. Außerdem sang sie »The Bells« unter der Leitung von Gustavo Dudamel mit dem Los Angeles Philharmonic sowie dem Bard Festival Chorale sowie Mahlers Symphonie Nr. 2 mit dem Seattle Symphony Orchestra.

In der vergangenen Saison gab sie ihr Hausdebüt an der Lyric Opera of Chicago, wo sie die Gilda in »Rigoletto« sang, und kehrte als Adina in »L’elisir d’amore« an die Bayerische Staatsoper zurück. Bei den Osterfestspielen Salzburg gibt Mané Galoyan 2025 ihr Salzburg-Debüt.

The Armenian soprano Mané Galoyan holds two degrees from the Yerevan State Komitas Conservatory in Armenia and is winner of the 2021 Operalia Second Prize, Zarzuela Prize, and Rolex Audience Prize. From 2021/22 she was an Ensemble member at the Deutsche Oper Berlin, where she performed Pamina in »Die Zauberflöte«, Violetta in »La traviata« and Corinna in »Il viaggio a Reims«, among other roles.

Previous highlights include her appearances as Berthe in »Le prophète« at the Aix-en-Provence Festival, Avis in »The Wreckers« with Houston Grand Opera, Donna Anna in »Don Giovanni« with the Atlanta Opera, and Violetta with Seattle Opera. She also performed »The Bells« with Gustavo Dudamel and the Los Angeles Philharmonic and at the Bard Festival Chorale as well as Mahler’s Symphony No. 2 with the Seattle Symphony.

Last season she gave her house debut at the Lyric Opera of Chicago, where she sang Gilda in »Rigoletto« and returned to the Bayerische Staatsoper as Adina in »L’elisir d’amore«. At the Salzburg Easter Festival 2025, Mané Galoyan makes her Salzburg debut.
