Niels Orens ist ein belgischer Musikproduzent und bildender Künstler. Inspiriert von technischen Innovationen ist er ständig auf der Suche nach neuen Methoden zur Klangerzeugung. Er kombiniert rhythmische Vorlagen, die vom Breakbeat beeinflusst sind, mit räumlichem Sounddesign und tiefen Bassklängen und bietet so ein einmaliges Klangerlebnis. Mit seinem Cello kreiert er dichte und gefühlvolle Loops die er mit sorgfältig konstruierten Beats unterlegt. Diese lassen seine Liveshows zu besonderen Erlebnissen werden. Er kooperiert mit Musikern und Künstlern- wie Max Cooper, Floating Points und Massive Attack. Niels Orens ist Gewinner des belgischen Soundtrack-Preisträgers 2021/2022.

He combines rhythmic patterns influenced by breakbeat with spatial sound design and deep bass sounds to offer a unique sound experience. With his cello, he creates dense and soulful loops that he combines with carefully constructed beats to make his live shows a special experience.
