Patrick Guetti

Der amerikanische Bass Patrick Guetti etabliert sich rasant auf der internationalen Opernbühne. Als Absolvent der renommierten Academy of Vocal Arts in Philadelphia wurde er mit mehreren bedeutenden Auszeichnungen geehrt, darunter der Hauptpreis bei den Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions 2014 sowie der erste Preis bei der Gerda Lissner International Vocal Competition 2015.

Zu seinen bemerkenswerten Opernhighlights zählen sein Debüt an der Metropolitan Opera als Sarastro in »Die Zauberflöte«, seine Rollendebüts als Fafner in »Siegfried« an der Lyric Opera of Chicago sowie als Fafner in »Das Rheingold« an der Deutschen Oper Berlin. Außerdem war er an der Bayerischen Staatsoper als Osmin in »Die Entführung aus dem Serail« und Montano in »Otello« zu erleben sowie an der Oper Stuttgart als Basilio in »Il barbiere di Siviglia«.

In der Saison 2025/26 gibt der Bass sein Haus- und Rollendebüt als Bertrand und Lauret in »The Maid of Orleans« an der Dutch National Opera. Diese Spielzeit markiert zudem seine letzte Saison als festes Ensemblemitglied der Deutschen Oper Berlin, mit Rückkehr zu einigen seiner Paraderollen.

Patrick Guetti gibt in der Spielzeit 2026 sein Hausdebüt bei den Osterfestspielen Salzburg als Fafner in »Das Rheingold«.

American bass Patrick Guetti is rapidly establishing himself on the international opera stage. A graduate of the prestigious Academy of Vocal Arts in Philadelphia, he has garnered several major accolades, including the Grand Prize at the 2014 Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions and First Prize at the 2015 Gerda Lissner International Vocal Competition.

Notable operatic highlights include his debut at the Metropolitan Opera as Sarastro in »Die Zauberflöte«, his role debuts as Fafner in »Siegfried« with Lyric Opera of Chicago and as Fafner in »Das Rheingold« at the Deutsche Oper Berlin.
